JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 25-01-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after release of the petitioner on provisional bail which was extended further for six months, he could not complete the construction. A plea has been taken that he was not allowed to join the school.

The present petitioner wants to wriggle out from his own stand by taking an evasive stand that he was not allowed to join the school but the same was not the condition for granting provisional bail to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to extend further benefit of provisional bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from today failing which the Police Inspector of Rajnagar Police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47972 of 2015 (8) dt.25-01-2017 Station, Madhubani will take measure for arresting the petitioner and produce him before the court below.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
