2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajaun P.S. Case No.-550 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per the prosecution case, three unknown persons riding on an Apache motorcycle overtook the vehicle of the informant and the said miscreants committed loot of mobile cash Rs.1,000/- and other items of the informant. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no concern with the looted items. Petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

From perusal of the first information report and seizure list, it appears that the petitioner is named in the FIR and looted mobile and iron jack was recovered from the possession of the petitioner at the instance of the present petitioner from the paddy field near Sanjha Halt but no independent witness of seizure list, in these circumstances, prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail after examination of one witness in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.550 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka.
