Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner is an accused in a case under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, in which Sections 395, 397 and 121 of the Penal Code was added subsequently. His antecedent is not clean as there are five cases registered against him out of which he is still in jail custody in one of the five cases referred to in Paragraph 3 of the application. As and when petitioner is granted bail in all the five cases referred to in Paragraph 3 of the application, petitioner is at liberty to apply for bail in the present case.

With the aforesaid observation, the application is
