2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S. Act and Section 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, petitioners are said to have injured the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific overt act against the petitioners rather the allegation is general and omnibus in nature. There is case and counter case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9976 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 between both the parties. Petitioner no. 1 have six criminal antecedents and in all cases he is on bail and petitioner no. 2 have two criminal antecedents and in both cases he is on bail. They are in custody since 02.09.2024.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya/concerned court, in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024.
