The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police has intercepted a motorcycle upon which petitioner and two persons were riding. From the possession of other co-accused persons illegal arms were recovered and from the possession of the petitioner one mobile has been recovered.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, Sagar Kumar Singh alias Sagar Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
