This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36178 of 2020, whereby the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender in the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender in the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 27.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36178 of 2020 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed with the modification as above.
