The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 19 years having clean antecedent and the informant alleges that he along with others were intercepted by accused who looted them of their mobile, gold locket and cash.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was against unknown and the petitioner came to be implicated based on confessional statement of Vinay Paswan, it is also submitted that petitioner is a young boy of 19 years of

No.7849 of 2022(2) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 age and is a person with clean antecedent and in the event, if he is sent to custody, based on confessional statement which has no evidentiary value, his entire career would get jeopardized. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 168 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. with a condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, Nagendra Singh.
