Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act(Amended) 2018.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor.

Submission is that petitioner was not there at the time of recovery of liquor rather he was remanded in this case from some other case. Two other cases are also there as referred in para-3 of the bail petition but all the cases have been registered and prosecution report have been submitted without proper investigation of the case against the mandate of law.

No.12708 of 2021(2) dt.05-07-2021 2/2 Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Siwan Case No.CIII-246/2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
