The petitioner seeks bail in Laheri P.S. Case No. 302 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 382 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, theft was committed in a flat and this petitioner was apprehended on the spot from whose possession one iron rod and one live cartridge have been recovered.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no looted article or arms and ammunition has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Stolen article has been recovered from possession of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2021. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 302 of 2016.
