Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the original certificate of the petitioner was recovered from flat of co-accused Ranjeet Kumar Rajak. Admittedly, co-accused Ranjeet Kumar Rajak has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and moreover, several co-accused persons, who were caught near the strong room, have also been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench as well as learned lower court itself. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46247 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Economic Offence P.S.Case No. 23 of 2012.
