2. It appears from the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari that final form has been submitted against the petitioner on 30.03.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to submit as to whether the same has been accepted or not so far as the petitioner is concerned. As the final form has been submitted against the petitioner, there is no apprehension of arrest.

4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15490 of 2024(8) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 approach before the Court for grant of anticipatory bail if apprehension arises subsequently.
