2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2009 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24016 of 2025, which reads as under:

"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2009 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner are accused of killing the husband of the informant.

4. In an FIR of 2009, the petitioner surrendered and is in custody since 08.11.2024. The petitioner is an absconder. He was absconding for more than 15 years.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected."

4. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that no fresh ground for grant of bail is made out, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.
