This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Karakat P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014 (Sessions Trial No. 574 of 2014), disclosing offences under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husbabnd of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that trial has commenced and six prosecution witnesses have been examined so far.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant the petioner privilege of regular bail. The Trial Court is directed to ensure that the trial is concluded within shortest of time.
