JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Masaurhi P. S. Case No. 179 of 2019 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 408(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner happens to be the husband of the informant and there is allegation of demand of motorcycle and for that assaulting the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that, as a matter of fact, the sister and son of the sister of the informant has assaulted the mother of the petitioner. He is in custody since 21.12.2019 and ready to cooperate in the investigation.

S. Case No. 179 of 2019.
