The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 302 of 2018 arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 58 of 2002 punishable for the offence under Sections 341, 353, 332, 333, 307, 224, 225 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, charges in this case has been framed on 14.12.2018 and summons have been issued to the prosecution witnesses but they failed to produce them, therefore, the trial of the case is not likely to be concluded in near future. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with S.Tr. No. 302 of 2018 arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 58 of 2002.
