The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he was involved in snatching of mobile phone and motorcycle from the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
