Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file exhaustive
Patna High Court CWJC No.15601 of 2017(2) dt.21-12-2019 2/2 representation before the Engineer-in-Chief respondent no.2 along with copy of this order, who shall take necessary step for payment of admitted dues to the petitioner.
Necessary decision in this regard must be taken within 60 days of receipt/production of this order.
