In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015 registered for offence under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The Police recovered a stolen motor cycle from the possession of the petitioner who is in jail since 28th August 2015. Looking to the nature of allegation, at present this bail petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after nine months of jail-custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
