JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Manjhi P.S. Case No. 41 of 2020 registered under Sections-30, 30(a)/38(i) (ii)/36/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail.

I find no merit in the present anticipatory bail application.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands dismissed.
