The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case they are granted a liberty to file representation before the respondent no.3 and the respondent no.3 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within a specified time frame.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16133 of 2017 (2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners shall file a representation before the respondent no.3 regarding their grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter, considering the judgment of this Court dated 17.11.2011 passed in CWJC No. 16448 of 2011..

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
