1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions commanding the respondent authority to give the due amount of Rs. 3,44,328=00/- to the petitioner in regards of completing the construction of Rural Piped Water Supply Scheme (Mukhyamantri Gramin Pay-Jal Nishchay Yojana) in year 2019-2020. whereby and where under the several application has given by the petitioner but concerned authority has not respond.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions, commanding the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.4065 of 2023(2) dt.04-09-2023 2/2 to deposit the due amount with bank interest from the date of completing the aforesaid work."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing recovery suit before the learned Civil Court of competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
