Learned counsel for the petitioner can move for summoning of the documents from the Vigilance Case No. 39 of 2014 arising out of Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 261 of 2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police has not submitted charge-sheet/final form in Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014 and the matter is still pending for investigation. If that is so, then the action of the police is to be deprecated.
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2059 of 2017(3) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 The Superintendent of Police, Kishanganj is directed to look into the matter and see to it that the investigation of Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014 is concluded within three months from the receipt of a copy of this order and if chargesheet is submitted then the prosecution will be conducted diligently by the prosecuting agency.
With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
