The present modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 18.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45487 of 2021, submitting that the petitioner was granted bail with some conditions and one of the conditions is petitioner will mark his attendance in the local police station in the first week of every month till conclusion of the trial and this condition may be modified. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, in my considered view, no order is required to be passed in this modification application.

Accordingly, the instant modification application is dismissed.
