The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR, his name surfaced in the instant case on the confessional statement of the co-accused Sarita Devi and the said Sarita Devi has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 62826 of 2018 vide order dated 09.01.2019. He submits that petitioner is in custody since27.08.2018.
