JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No.461 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 11 of Gambling Act.

Taking into consideration that no injury is found to have been caused which attracts section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and has been also noticed by the learned Sessions Judge, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of arrest, they shall be released on bail subject
