2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghorasahan (Jharokhar) P.S. Case No. 704 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim and thereafter, he is said to have solemnized marriage with her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.12.2023

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10616 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan (Jharokhar) P.S.
