The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 342, 326, 307, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R., the petitioner is alleged to be ordergiver. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is no allegation of any overt act against this petitioner. It is further submitted that specific allegation of firing is against other coaccused persons. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. However, learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that there is specific allegation that on the order of this petitioner, co-accused persons have opened fire in which, two

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.
