====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 598 of 2023 registered under Sections 120B, 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 385, 504 and 423 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner has not paid the rest 15% amount to the landlord within time as per agreement and made manipulation in page nos. 15 and 17 of agreement dated 02.10.2023.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

Further submission is that the dispute involved in the alleged FIR is of a civil nature, none of the acts allegedly committed by the petitioners gave rise to any criminal liability. The perusal of the FIR would make it clear that there was a dispute of sale and purchase of land between the parties.

5. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 598 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
