The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:- (i) for issuance of writ or writs in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the official respondents to pay compensation (Award money) as marked value of the land and other amounts permissible under section 23(1-A) and 28 of the Land Acquisition Act.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the quantum of compensation awarded to him for the land acquired under the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17007 of 2016(2) dt.08-04-2025 2/2 National Highways Act, 1956.

4. The petitioner may take the recourse of statutory authority, provided under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956.

5. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
