Patna High Court MJC No.1359 of 2018(5) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 supplementary show cause on behalf of the opposite party nos. 5 and 6 Municipal Corporation, Ara Municipal Corporation is on record according to which in paragraph 7 and 8, it has been stated that the both site map for the construction for bus stand was/were revised by the BUIDCO and recommended in the meeting held on 13.07.2018 headed by the Chief General Manager, BUIDCO in which the size of the shop was minimized inasmuch as half of the portion of land was taken by the NHAI. The same has been attached as Annexure- F and G vide memo no. 2482 dated 11.07.2018.
This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for bringing the size of the shop to half.
The petitioner, if so wants always have the liberty to agitate the matter in an appropriate forum.
The MJC No. 1359 of 2018 stands disposed of.
