The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 679 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 504 and 506of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case on account of election to the office of PACS both the parties have entered into a fight and there is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2019.

Considering the fact that there is case and counter case between the parties, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on
