The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The brother of the deceased alleged that his sister was married to Rajesh Pandit in the year 2008 and on 09.01.2014, the accused persons killed his sister.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He is an old man aged about 80 years. During the course of investigation, it has come that the victim had illicit relation with her own brother-inlaw and that is why she committed suicide. Having considered the fact that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation is made
