The writ petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, has prayed for issuance of direction to appoint the petitioner on the compassionate ground in light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court dated 03.04.2017 in Civil Appeal no. 4776-4777 of 2017. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to file a representation in light of the aforesaid judgment before the respondent authority so that his case can be considered.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 2, who shall consider the same and dispose it of by a

Patna High Court CWJC No.9003 of 2018 dt.03-10-2018 2/2 reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from filing of the said representation.
