JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33031 of 2018 by which the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the period of surrender granted vide order dated 06.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33031 of 2018 may be extended by further four weeks.

In view of the submission, let the period of surrender be extended by further four weeks from the date of this order and accordingly, the order dated 06.06.2018

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10281 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33031 of 2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.
