2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to issue a valuation notice for the acquisition of Awasiya land appertaining to MauzaSikathi, Khata No. 551, Plot No. 2259, Area-6 decimal.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that there is not a single document on record indicating which authority of the State has taken this land, for what purpose, and when.

4. In light of the submissions made, this Court finds that the writ petition has been drafted in an absolutely defective manner.

5. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed.
