Petitioner is in jail custody since 6.7.2015 but according to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Nitin Kumar Aman who gave several dagger blows to the injured of the present case. So far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he was also present along with the aforesaid co-accused. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge I, Patna in Special case no. 53/2015 arising out of Budha Colony P.S. Case no. 90/2015.
