ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2018 in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No.144 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.476 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 306/34 of the I.P.C. which is pending in the court of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband and there is specific allegation of demand of dowry and that the victim girl has been found to have been strangulated, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected. Let the trial of the case be expedited.
