2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 86339 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during trial, the informant was examined, as P.W.-1, and in her deposition, she has clearly stated that this petitioner was not assailant of the deceased (her husband). Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 15.06.2023.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the period of custody and the deposition of P.W.-1 (informant), the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8741 of 2025(5) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Beraul, District - Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwar Sthan P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022.
