The petitioner seeks bail in Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 554 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 196 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons killed the daughter of informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence and only on suspicion he has been made accused in this case. During course of investigation, only material that has come against this petitioner is that he was seen in the company of the deceased. Petitioner is son-in-law of the informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.09.2020.

Case No. 554 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 196 of 2021.
