Patna High Court CWJC No.9951 of 2018 (2) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 senior scale/ time bound promotion/ ACP to the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 1.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 14670 of 2014.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the respondent no.7, who shall examine the case of the petitioners in light of the aforesaid judgment of this Court and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today. It is needless to state that in order to facilitate quick disposal, the petitioners are at liberty to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 7 annexing orders of this Court within a period of two weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
