This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sugauli P.S. Case No. 423 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 414,420,467,468,469,471 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the antecedent of the petitioner as disclosed in paragraph 3 of the application, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

This application is rejected.

However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of the present application for grant of anticipatory
