Mr. Kumar Shanu, AC to AG ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-12-2022 No one appears for the petitioner to press this writ application.
On perusal of the writ application, it appears that this case has been filed for proper investigation of the case being Khizarsarai P.S. Case No. 49 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 427, 509, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Kumar Shanu, learned AC to AG appears for the State.
Since no one is putting appearance on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2912 of 2017(2) dt.02-12-2022 2/2 petitioner and the case is of the year 2017, this Court takes a view that over the period the reliefs prayed in the writ application have become infructuous and that may be a reason as to why the petitioner is not taking interest in this case. This application is dismissed.
