JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, the petitioners are given liberty to file a representation regarding their grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the same within a specified time frame. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to file a representation within a period of two weeks from today before the Respondent No. 7 and the Respondent No. 7 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter, as also upon considering the judgment dated 01.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14670 of 2014, which shall be annexed by the petitioners along with their representation.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
