The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 147, 149, 341, 323, 357, 225, 188, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
As per prosecution case, on receiving information it is stated that the informant and other police personnel went and took into custody Balmiki Yadav who is an accused in another case. Thereafter large number of persons numbering

No.19144 of 2021(2) dt.03-09-2021 2/2 about 60-70 which included men, women etc. started to assault the police personnel and got the said accused released from police custody. It is stated that some of the accused persons including the three petitioners herein were caught. It is finally stated that it appears that they were in a drunken state. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. They are in custody since 21.11.2020 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the petitioners being in custody since 21.11.2020 and investigation in the case having concluded, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Roh P.S. Case no. 183 of 2020 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd -cum-Special Judge, Nawada.
