Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Tisiauta P. S. Case No. 18 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 34(B) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

There is no legal evidence against the petitioner to connect her with the crime.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.8696 of 2022(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P. S. Case No. 18 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
