The present application has been filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt for deliberate and willful violation of the order of this Court dated 5.9.2017 passed in CWJC No. 12116 of 2014, whereby the Registrar of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University was directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner with a reasoned order within a period of six weeks.
The writ application was filed for quashing of transfer of the petitioner from the University to Marwari College, Bhagalpur on the post of Assistant.
Patna High Court MJC No.1369 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of by the Vice Chancellor by a reasoned order dated 9.4.2018, hence this Court need not proceed further in the matter. However, the liberty may be given to challenge the reasoned order in appropriate proceeding.
In view of the above mentioned submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, if so advised, to challenge the reasoned order dated 9.4.2018 of the Vicel Chancellor Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University in appropriate proceeding.
