The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018, registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai.

The accusation is that in course of inquiry, it was detected that the petitioners have obtained job of Panchayat teacher on the basis of forged matric certificate and withdrew salary since 2006.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I am

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8924 of 2019(3) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
