Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court that in the F.I.R. the informant does not name the petitioner in any manner. It is subsequently in course of investigation that petitioner's name came in light as a person having stolen the motorcycle.

Be that as it may, the petitioner, namely, Chhotu Mandal, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like
