2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 11.10.2023 passed in Session Trial No. 229 of 2021, arising out of Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Benipur, Darbhanga.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out from the impugned order dated 11.10.2023 that after prosecution evidence, statement of accused persons under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has been recorded. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12170 of 2024(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 conclude the trial of the case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and take steps for disposal of the case preferably within a period of six months. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J.) rakhi/- U T
