The petitioner seeks bail in Jogbani P.S. Case No.80 of 2000, corresponding to Sessions Trial No.1213 of 2010, registered for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the petitioner is in jail since 2.12.2008, but the trial has not yet been concluded.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six years, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge I/C, Araria, in connection with Jogbani
